In keeping with the new portal system that is now in place.
First you need to enter your admin panel, open up number 3, and click portal settings.

Now from that list click linksmenu, You will now be able to enter the components parameters.
The parameters breakdown:
Item x= Myfreeforum Support => Link Text Name.
link x= http://forum.myfreeforum.org => Link address.
Placed in a forum template, you would have:
