In keeping with the new portal system that is now in place.
First you need to enter your admin panel, open up number 3, and click portal settings.

Now from that list click topposters, You will now be able to enter the components parameters.
The parameters breakdown:
count=10 => How many items to show.
Show Guests=no => Select whether to show guests in list.
Show Mods=yes => Select whether to show mods in list.
Show Admins=yes => Select whether to show Admins in list.
Placed in a forum template, you would have:
