At this time it only has the guide to show and hide portals, the reason I've restricted this is because of the level of detailed editing required in order for it to work, I need to be sure each member given access is competent enough to achieve the goal without having difficulty.
The level of skill for this far out ways Xprofile or the new Karma mod, well it is actually more complicated than around 90% of the customizable things you can do to your forums and the other 10% is only do able by admin.
